Are you a recent UMass Amherst graduate? Are you trying to adjust to the real world, put your degree to work for you, and make decisions that will affect your life’s direction? It can be a nerve-racking time! Your UMass Amherst Alumni Association understands these demands and can be a great resource as you move forward in your career and life. Membership in the Alumni Association will give you access to a host of programs, services, and discounts that are well worth the nominal membership fee.

There are more than 30 Alumni Clubs throughout the country that organize social, networking, volunteer, and athletic events. Alumni of all ages and backgrounds participate in these year-round activities. Come out and connect with other alumni who can share their experiences and provide valuable insight and guidance. You’ll be amazed at how much you can learn and how much UMass Amherst alumni are willing to help their fellow graduates. Visit UMassAlumni.com to find information on the Alumni Club in your area.

Take part in the Alumni Career Services program. Through workshops and seminars led by accomplished alumni from a variety of industries, you’ll gain valuable information to further your professional development and help you meet your career objectives. In addition, you can read career tips and listen to podcasts with industry experts on UMassAlumni.com.

Valuable information is also available through the Alumni Association’s online Alumni Directory. All UMass Amherst graduates can access the online directory, but members have greater capabilities, such as searching by geographic, academic, or professional criteria and maintaining a contact list to enhance your networking efforts. You can also manage your own personal profile, sign up for e-mail forwarding, and submit a class note to let classmates know your latest and greatest news.

Membership makes all these resources possible. Join today and take advantage of all the Alumni Association has to offer. Your UMass Amherst experience doesn’t have to end at graduation.

You were. You are. UMASS.
